Ingredients:
1 cup peas
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup kale, chopped
1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup plant-based milk (such as almond milk or soy milk)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine peas and nutritional yeast. Blitz until smooth and well combined.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
4. Add chopped kale to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 2 minutes until kale is wilted.
5. Stir in cannellini beans, and then add the blitzed peas and nutritional yeast mixture to the skillet.
6. Pour the milk over the vegetables in the skillet and stir until everything is evenly coated.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
8. Remove from heat and serve warm as a delicious and nutritious side dish or main course.
