Harry’s Seed & Nut Mix:

Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
2. On your tray, combine the pumpkin seeds, slivered almonds and sunflower seeds.
3. Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the seeds and nuts turn golden brown and aromatic. Stir occasionally to ensure even roasting.
4. Remove from the oven and let the mix cool completely.
5. Transfer the roasted nut and seed mix to a jar or airtight container for storage.

Enjoy as a nutritious snack or sprinkle it on salads, yogurt or your favourite dishes for an extra crunch!
