Calling all busy bees! Whip up this quick yet stunning treat for a festive break that wows!

What’s the best thing about this recipe? Its sheer versatility! Add your favourite nuts and seeds—most of which you’ll likely find in your cupboard!


Chocolate Clusters
Ingredients:
80g Dried Cranberries
80g Slivered Almonds
40g Sunflower Seeds
80g Dried Apricots, chopped
1 Pomegranate, seeds removed
80g Walnuts, chopped
100g Dark Chocolate, melted with
50g coconut oil
Shredded Coconut (for topping)

Instructions:
1. Spread all your nuts and seeds between the 12 moulds.
2. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture of dried fruits and nuts.
4. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of each cluster.
5. Place the muffin tray in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours or until the chocolate has set completely.
6. Once set, carefully remove the chocolate clusters from the small muffin trays and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
