We have moved - new location, new opportunity update

Wow what a busy 10 days. We are starting to settle now and find our new flow. With this, I have a few announcements. 

You may or may not have heard that we have moved into a new location, the Aspiring Lifestyle Village. We are so excited for this move as it has provided us with so much room for growth and the opportunity to provide more support to you but also an incredible opportunity to support a community to come together and enjoy some amazing meals together within the lifestyle village.

As you know at Balance Me, we recognize the power of community as a pillar of health. Being part of a supportive community can inspire us to try something new, provide us with resources that we may not have access to on our own, and encourage us to take action. By engaging with the lifestyle community we are excited to be introducing them to many new foods, new ways of eating, and cooking. However, with this we also understand the importance of small changes for big impact and recognise that promoting a plant-based diet to individuals who may have never eaten in this way would be a drastic unsupportive change.

We did not make this decision lightly, but with this, we will be making their meals with top quality, organic where possible meats. Their meals will still be built on the fundamentals of Balance Me, lots of diversity, mostly plants, and a lot of love. We hope that over our time within the village we can introduce a new understanding of health and guide our new  community to create small changes that make a big impact to their health and quality of life.

With this, it is important to note, that like our old kitchen animal products will be cooked on site, however, the difference is now we will be the ones cooking the meat. All products sold on our website still remain plant-based. Meat is only served within the village to the residents.
