Olivia Faid
Founder of Balance Me, BSc Psychology, Plant-based Food Educator and Producer
Olivia advocates and educates on the impact of food and the power of different forms of Nourishment. From her life experiences of losing her father, then moving to a new town by herself at 16yo, and traveling the world teaching skiing to people from all different walks of life, she observed the powerful affects of food and how it not only affects overall health, but energy, confidence, and stress management. She has expanded her education into Nutritional Psychology which has become the underbelly of her teachings alongside building a successful plant-based meal delivery service Balance Me. Olivia is passionate about sharing how nutrition impacts well-being and providing you with practical ways that you can use food to thrive in busy households.
Bringing her education, lived experience, and career building Balance Me, you'll receive wisdom and actionable tools on how to use nutritional psychology to build your inner health toolbox.
You will enjoy delicious samples of plant-based food and drink as part of your educational journey.
